GOWANDA – Open enrollment for health insurance through the New York State of Health Marketplace began on Nov. 1, and continues through Jan. 31, 2018. For help enrolling, renewing or changing coverage, call Healthy Community Alliance at 532-1010 to work with an in-person navigator.
