The cast of St. Al’s musical, The Little Mermaid Jr., visited Shea’s 710 Theatre.

BUFFALO—The cast of St. Aloysius School’s musical, The Little Mermaid Jr., was invited to attend the Junior Theatre Celebration at Shea's 710 Theatre. This program is put on by Shea’s Performing Arts Center in cooperation with iTheatrics and Musical Theatre International.

Christopher Jozwiak and Vayanna Stoyanova were awarded a medal for outstanding acting and characterization.

Choreographers, directors, writers and actors from Broadway served as guest judges, and were treated to one musical number from each group in attendance. The judges provided instruction on how the students can grow their skills in the selected number. The later half of the day has actor workshops, singing and dance workshops as well as workshops for directors.

Christopher Jozwiak and Vayanna Stoyanova were awarded a medal for outstanding acting and characterization for their portrayal of Sebastian and Flounder, respectively. St. Aloysius Regional School held their performance of The Little Mermaid Jr. in March at the Springville Center for the Arts.
