Police Report, April 12

Friday, March 30

Sardinia – Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies initiated a chase involving a black cow that was running down the street on Chaffee-Curriers Road. The wayward bovine was eventually corralled into a shed by patrol.

Sardinia – Shortly before midnight a caller reported yelling and fighting coming from a large party on Savage Road. A female said to be crying left toward Cattaraugus County and a male left northbound on Savage Road, reportedly spinning his tires. Patrol advised the remaining partygoers.

Springville – Krystal Bowman, 49, of Springville was charged with DWI following a traffic stop on Waverly Street. Her BAC was reported to be .16 percent. Bowman was released to a third party following processing at the Springville substation.

Sunday, April 1

Concord – Joanne M. Pringle, 66, of Ontario was charge with AUO in the third degree after police discovered her driving privileges in New York were suspended for failure to answer a summons following a traffic stop on the 219 Expressway. She was ticketed and released.

Springville – Two males were arrested on various warrants after they were located at the Microtel Inn & Suites. Kasey J. Klein, 32, of Buffalo, had an outstanding bench warrant from the City of Buffalo and he was turned over to Buffalo PD. Adam L. Dunmire, 32, of Springville had three outstanding warrants issued from Springville and the Town of Orchard Park. He was also charged with criminal contempt in the second degree for violating an order of protection. Dunmire was taken to the Holding Center.

Monday, April 2

Concord – A vehicle stopped for a plate violation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Wyatt J. Trembath, 22, of Blasdell, whose license was found to be suspended. He was charged with AUO in the third degree. Trembath was ticketed and released.

Wednesday, April 4

Sardinia – A caller reported his vehicle’s window was smashed sometime overnight on Warner Gulf Road and an unknown quantity of suboxone pills were taken.

Thursday, April 5

Sardinia – A female individual reportedly requested assistance leaving her apartment. She stated she had been having an affair with a neighbor and didn’t feel safe leaving her residence due to her upstairs neighbors yelling and name-calling.
