Police Report, March 22

Tuesday, March 6

Boston – Andrew P. Salzler, 36, of Springville, was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree: firearm/rifle/shotgun. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Friday, March 9

Sardinia – A vehicle stopped for a registration violation on Olean Road resulted in the arrest of the driver, Mariah A. Sampson, 40, of Arcade, after it was discovered her driver’s license was suspended. She was charged with AUO in the third degree. Sampson was ticketed and released. A passenger drove the vehicle.

Sardinia – Patrol assisted State Police with a one-car injury accident on Allen Road near Mehm Road.

Springville – An unknown person took a charity collection box from Bertrand Chaffee Hospital.

 

Saturday, March 10

Boston – Michael A. Sebastiani, 40, of Lackawanna was arrested on an outstanding violation of probation warrant from the City of Lackawanna following a traffic stop on the southbound 219 Expressway. He was turned over to Lackawanna PD.

Springville – Charles J. Mueller, 25, of Springville was arrested following a traffic stop on Waverly Street after it was discovered that his driver’s license was suspended. The vehicle’s registration was also showing suspended but he had proper paperwork indicating it had recently been cleared. He was issued three tickets and released.

 

Sunday, March 11

Concord – Philip A. Fronczak, 36, of North Tonawanda was arrested following a traffic stop on Zoar Valley after police discovered he had a revoked non-driver ID only due to a previous DWI arrest. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was charged with AUO in the second degree and two other vehicle and traffic violations as well as UPM. Fronczak was taken to the Holding Center in lieu of $500 bail.

 

Monday, March 12

Springville – A report of an unknown female sleeping in the hallway at an apartment building on East Main Street resulted in the arrest of the female, Rebecca M. Burdette, 33, of Elma, after it was discovered she was the subject of four outstanding warrants from the City of Tonawanda (1), City of Buffalo (2), and the NFTA (1). She was turned over to officers from the City of Tonawanda.

 

Wednesday, March 14

Springville – A vehicle stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on South Cascade Drive resulted in the arrest of the driver, Mikala D. Fleming, 22, of Colden after she was found to be in possession of marijuana. She was released on an appearance ticket after being charged with UPM.

 

Thursday, March 15

Springville – A driver reported her dog was locked inside her vehicle at the gas pumps at Country Fair. The vehicle was unlocked and the caller was issued a ticket for an expired registration.

Springville – A vehicle stopped for speeding on the southbound 219 Expressway resulted in the arrests of both occupants. Brandon J. McMullen, 24, and Michael J. McCormick, 23, both from Buffalo were each charged with UPM. McMullen was additionally the subject of an outstanding violation of probation warrant from Lackawanna as well as a local law warrant from the Town of Cheektowaga.

 

Saturday, March 17

Boston – At approximately 10:16 p.m., Jerry L. Cobado, 48, of Orchard Park, was charged with DWI: first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08 of 1 percent, while on Route 219. Cobado was issued an appearance ticket.
