Police Report: Sept. 6

Friday, Aug. 24

Springville – A traffic stop on the northbound 219 Expressway resulted in the arrest of the driver, Ahmed A. Abdallah, 20, of Lackawanna, who was the subject of two outstanding warrants from the City of Lackawanna. He was turned over to Lackawanna PD.

 

Saturday, Aug. 25

Sardinia – A driver who struck a deer on Route 39 had to have his vehicle towed as a result.

Sardinia – A caller reported a motorcycle and two dirt bikes traveling on Creek Road were passing people on the double yellow lines and were going at a high rate of speed. Patrol located the bikes in Springville, and all three drivers were ticketed, as they each possessed only a motorcycle learner’s permit.

Springville – A traffic stop on the southbound 219 Expressway resulted in the arrest of all three occupants. Maria Jimerson, 48, of Olean (driver), Katelyn M. Drake, 24, of Arcade and William Rodriguez, 28, of Killbuck, were all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (crack cocaine). In addition, Drake was the subject of two outstanding warrants from Depew PD and Olean PD. She was taken to the Holding Center pending arraignment. Rodriguez and Jimerson were also taken to the Holding Center in lieu of $250 bail.

 

Sunday, Aug. 26

Springville – A traffic stop on the southbound 219 Expressway resulted in the arrest of the driver, Johnny Castro, 20, of Blasdell, who was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (crushed amphetamine) as well as a violation of the public health law (not in original container). He was released on an appearance ticket. A passenger in the vehicle, an 18-year-old male subject, also from Blasdell, was the subject of an outstanding warrant from the Town of Hamburg PD; he was turned over.  

 

Monday, Aug. 27

Colden – Tylor F. Beyer, 21, of Springville was charged with DWI: first offense; operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 of 1 percent; and a speeding violation at approximately 4:45 p.m. while on Heath Road. NYSP report initiating a traffic stop for speeding and observing the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Beyer during the interview. Police report administering sobriety tests, which Beyer allegedly failed. He was then taken into custody and transported for processing at which time he reportedly recorded a BAC of .17 percent. Beyer is to return to court on Sept. 10.  

Springville – A caller reported a vehicle backed into his motorcycle while it was parked at the King Buffet and left the scene. Patrol was able to locate the vehicle and information was exchanged. The motorcycle did need to be towed.

Springville – Brianna R. Harvey, 28, and Olivia L. Marsh, 18, both of East Otto, were charged with petit larceny after taking items at Wal-Mart. They were both released on an appearance ticket after processing.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 28

Concord – A lineman working on a cable wire on Brown Hill Road was struck by a power line after a wind gust. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Springville – A female took an undetermined amount of steaks from Aldi’s and left the store. The female was located at her residence in Delevan by the CCSO. Reportedly, Samantha J. Lilley, 33, was positively identified and was charged with petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket.

 

Thursday, Aug. 30

Colden – An ECSO marked patrol vehicle reportedly hit a fawn on Heath Road. No damage was reported.

Colden – A vehicle with a suspended registration belonging to an Eden resident was abandoned in the Elementary School parking lot. The vehicle was towed.

Sardinia – Police responded to a two-vehicle injury accident on Olean Road with possible entrapment. All occupants eventually signed off with first aid personnel.

Sardinia – A caller reported seeing a male subject with a handgun go behind the SASi building on Route 39 around 9:30 p.m. Police checked the area with negative results.

Springville – Jennifer L. Turner, 46, of Concord was charged with AUO in the third degree following a traffic stop on West Main Street after police discovered her driver’s license was suspended. She was ticketed and released.

 

Friday, Aug. 31

Boston – At approximately 5:21 p.m. while on Boston State Road and Thornwood Drive, Bryan C. Reska, 34, of Hamburg, was charged with AUO in the third degree; failure to keep right: two lane road; driving left of pavement markings; DWI: first offense; aggravated DWI; and refusal to take a breath test. NSYP reports indicate Reska was released to a third party.

 

Saturday, Sept. 1

Ellington – Nickolas Pfleuger, 27, of Collins was charged with AUO in the third degree and UPM following a traffic stop on Waterboro Hill Road. During the stop, NYSP report smelling marijuana emanating from Pfleuger’s vehicle. A subsequent search of Pfleuger and his vehicle revealed a bag containing marijuana and a smoking device containing marijuana residue. Pfleuger’s driver’s license was also reportedly suspended. He was ticketed and is to appear in court later in the month.

 

Sunday, Sept. 2

Alden – Brandy L. Patterson, 40, of Collins, and Jeremiah R. Valenti, 40, of Orchard Park, were both charged with trespassing while on Billo Road for an incident originally reported at 8 p.m. Both were issued appearance tickets.
