Police Reports, July 13

Friday, June 23

Concord – An employee at Sprague Brook Park discovered lawn damage at the upper campground when he came into work. Patrol was able to locate the vehicle and driver that reportedly caused the damage, which was estimated at $312. As a result, Amy E. Kostrzebski, 23, of Lancaster, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. She was released on an appearance ticket.

 

Saturday, June 24

Colden – A caller reported that while he was on vacation, a $400 watch had been taken from his residence. Patrol spoke with the landlord, who was also away on vacation, and stated that a handyman had been on the premises during that time. The landlord also stated that he has had issues with the handyman in the past stealing items from the property.

Concord – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Edward Tierney, 54, of Hamburg, after police discovered that the registration that the vehicle he was driving was suspended. He was ticketed and released, the vehicle was towed.

Sardinia – The Erie County Sheriff’s Office assisted NYSP with an intoxicated 15-year-old female at the Sardinia Town Park.

 

Sunday, June 25

Colden – Andrew M. Herzog, 29, of Wellsville, was charged with AUO in the second degree after a traffic stop revealed that he was driving with a revoked driver’s license. He was ticketed and released.

Sardinia – A caller reported his vehicle had been keyed sometime overnight at the Sardinia Town Park while he was at the carnival. He suspects a family member but has no proof.

 

Monday, June 26

Sardinia – A vehicle went off the roadway and hit a guardrail on Olean Road. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed.

Sardinia – A vehicle stopped for a lighting defect on Olean Road resulted in the arrest of the driver, Dakota W. Reukauf, 22, of Depew, who was charged with UPM. Reukauf was released on an appearance ticket.

Springville – Cody R. Beamish, 24, of Delevan, was arrested for AUO in the third degree after a traffic stop revealed that his driver’s license was suspended. He was ticketed and released.

 

Tuesday, July 27

Springville – Starr D. Bliss, 25, of Salamanca, was turned over to the ECSO by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from Concord Court. Bliss was taken to the holding center pending arraignment.

 

Wednesday, June 28

Sardinia – Kirby J. Ferguson, 40, of Salamanca, was arrested following a vehicle and traffic stop on Olean Road. Reportedly, Ferguson had a revoked driver’s license with multiple suspensions as well. The vehicle’s registration was also suspended for an insurance lapse. Ferguson was taken to the holding center in Buffalo in lieu of $250 bail.
