Police Reports, May 11

Friday, April 28

Concord — Daniel J. Jennings, 33, of Olean was arrested on Foote Road (after reporting he had heard shots fired near Sprague Brook Park that turned out to be coming from a trap league), on an outstanding warrant from the City of Buffalo. He was turned over to Buffalo P.D.

Sardinia – Erie County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a two-car injury accident on Genesee Road at Savage Road. One of the drivers was injured but refused first aid stating he would get checked out at work. One of the vehicles was towed.


Saturday, April 29

Boston – An unnamed 18-year-old male subject was charged with UPM at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Boston Ridge Road. The subject was issued an appearance ticket.

Boston – Patrol had to dispatch a deer that was struck by a motor vehicle on West Tillen Road. The vehicle sustained minor damage as a result of the collision.

Boston – A driver reported that she almost struck a cow that was in the roadway on Boston Cross Road. The owner came and retrieved the wayward Holstein.

Colden – A Woodview Drive resident with a small campfire in the backyard was advised of the statewide burn ban during this time of the year.

Concord – Thomas Socko, 24, of Niagara Falls was charged with UPM at 5 p.m. while on Route 219. Socko was issued an appearance ticket.

Concord — A Heim Road caller reported that an unknown person(s) “egged” her house and vehicles sometime overnight. No other homes in the area were hit.

Sardinia – A vehicle stopped for speeding led to the arrest of the driver, Edwin S. Martinez, 57, of Buffalo, after ESCO deputies discovered that the registration was suspended. Martinez was ticketed and released. The vehicle was towed.

Sardinia – Robert C. Harlach, 40, of Buffalo was charged with AUO in the second degree after a routine traffic stop revealed his license was suspended. Additionally, Harlach was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the Town of West Seneca. He was turned over to the West Seneca P.D.


Friday, April 30

Concord – A caller on Meadow Trail reported that neighbors, who were apparently upset that her young son was playing in the creek, threatened him. All parties were advised.


Tuesday, May

Sardini – The Chaffee-Sardinia F.D. removed a large tree that was blocking the entire roadway on Domes Road.

Wednesday, May 3

Boston –A routine traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver, Jeffrey M. Brignon, 36, of Boston, after it was discovered that his driver’s license was suspended. Brignon was charged with AUO in the third degree and released.

Colden – Shane S. Hebdon, 41, of Franklinville was charged with AUO in the third degree after a traffic stop revealed that his driver’s license was suspended. He was ticketed and released.

Sardini – Following a traffic stop on Creek Road, Karen M. Spors, 66, of Delevan was charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended. Spors was ticketed and released. The vehicle was towed.


Thursday, May 4

Sardinia- Cheryl R. Kirsch, 50, of Springville was charged with DWI following a traffic stop on Genesee Road. Reportedly, Kirsch recorded a BAC of .15 percent. She was ticketed and released to a third party.
