CONCORD—Jeremy Bordini, 21, of Little Valley and Carl Herman, 22, of Ellicottville, were charged with possession of drugs following a traffic stop on Route 219 in the Town of Concord on Oct. 19 at approximately 12:30 a.m.
An Erie County Sheriff’s deputy investigation discovered 29 LSD tab on a piece of cardboard in Bordini’s possession. Herman was found in possession of two bags of marijuana and another package under his seat containing one ounce of marijuana.
Bordini was charged with felony counts of criminal possession of LSD and criminal possession of LSD with intent to sell, a violation of marijuana possession and a vehicle and traffic violation. He was held in the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
Herman was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of marijuana greater than 25 grams and released with appearance tickets
